We love our products and we hope you will too!  But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your items (with the exception sale items) to us within 15 days of your delivery date. See below:

    Damages

    We strive to inspect each and every item before it leaves our store, but if for some reason your item is received damaged or defective, please email us immediately at info@thehenskitchenshoppe.com to verify if the item is still in stock.  Once we have received photos of the damaged/defective item, we will send a replacement.

    Exchange

    Exchanges can be made for select items.  Please email info@thehenskitchenshoppe.com to inquire availability of desired products and to receive exchange instructions.  Shipping charges will apply.
