We ship via USPS Priority mail, but in some cases, due to weight, we will ship your item UPS. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. USPS Priority will usually arrive 1-2 days following.

If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will respond back with shipping instructions. Your package must be postmarked within 15 days after it was delivered to your shipping address. We will refund your purchase back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please email us immediately at email@example.com with a photo of the issue so we can replace the product for you. Once verified, we'll send a replacement if the item if it is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you with next steps.
